Complete List of WV Online Sports Books
West Virginia's fledgling online gambling business began with the legalization of sports betting in 2018. In early 2019, BetLucky, an early entrant to the market folded, leaving the state without an online betting option. That changed in the summer though, when FanDuel and DraftKings launched within days of each other.
Then in 2020, the market gained more choices with the addition of BetMGM and William Hill (now rebranded to Caesars Sportsbook).
As with all online gambling in WV, the West Virginia Lottery Commission is responsible for regulating sports books in the state. Each online betting operator must be affiliated with an existing casino operation.

Note that wagering on sports is available only to persons who are physically present in the state of West Virginia. You don't have to be a resident, but you do have to be physically located in the state to place a bet online.
This list includes all online sports books that are approved by the WV Lottery Commission to offer sports betting in the state.
